Volunteers are the backbone of Victoria Heritage Foundation. Board and Committee members and other volunteers donate countless hours to the VHF’s many projects every year. Their efforts, expertise and enthusiasm have ensured the continued success of the Victoria Heritage Foundation and the City’s Heritage Program.
